SUPL 1.0 is now an OMA standard

The book refers to a draft version of the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Secure User Plane protocol (SUPL) version 1.0, but this specification reached the candidate enabler status on July 19, 2005.

A candidate enabler is a specification that has been approved by the OMA Technical Plenary and ratified by its Board of Directors, but for which no interoperability tests have been done yet.
